I'm a new pet creator, and would like to know how I can work with brands?

Joining Pawjourr is the first step to putting yourself out in front of brands!

By signing up with us, you're adding your profile to our network of creators. You'd become more visible to brands and agencies who look to approach us for creators just like you.

Are there any fees involved to be a Pawjourr Creator?

You can join Pawjourr for FREE and take on job opportunities as a creator.

Am I an exclusive creator with Pawjourr?

No exclusivity so you can still work with other brands / agencies.

How do I apply for a pet job?

We have several campaigns running at the moment. You can browse through them, and apply to the ones you're interested in via the respective listing. Remember to complete your profile before applying!

What is the difference between Product Sponsorships and Paid Campaigns?

Most of our jobs fall in these categories:

1. Product Sponsorships — Receive exclusive products from our partners at no cost in exchange for curated content. #Gifted

2. Paid Campaigns — Take on a wide selection of requests and get rewarded in cash!

How will I know if I've been selected for a campaign? Will there be any confirmation email?

Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email via your registered email. Remember to check your junk / spam folders, or updates on your Creator Dashboard.

I am facing issues with my Pawjourr account. How do I get in touch with support?

For enquiries regarding your Pawjourr account, email support@pawjourr.com.

Help! I have yet to receive my payout!

Your payouts will be processed after you have completed all your tasks, with the amount deposited into your Treat Jar.

Afterwards, you can withdraw your payments from your Treat Jar by clicking 'Withdraw Balance'. Note that your withdrawal will take 5-7 business days to process.

What do usage rights mean?

Usage rights are the terms and conditions under which a copyrighted work may be used. These rights can include permission to reproduce, distribute, display, or perform the work, as well as the ability to create derivative works.

When granted, brands can utilize your campaign-related content as part of their marketing asests, for a period of time. All parts of the content posted/created for the campaign shall have their rights granted to the brand, which include any cover images used for the content.
