How do I create a Pawjourr account?

- Complete the onboarding questionnaire â don't forget to complete your profile!

Congrats on taking the first step to join our network of creators. But... this is only the beginning!
To improve your chances of snagging that collaboration you've been eyeing for, here are a few tips:
1. Make sure you're fully connected!
- The more complete your profile is, the more brands can learn about you. Be sure to fill in your details and connect your social accounts to reach 100% profile completion!
2. Covert to a Creator account on Instagram
- In order to track the effectiveness of your content in reaching your audience, Creator accounts grant you access to your posts and profile's "Insights".
- This feature gives a detailed breakdown of your posts' individual engagement statistics. Analyzing your content results will help you improve your creator business and present your best self to future brands and partners.

Do I need to have a minimum number of followers to join Pawjourr?
Absolutely not! We welcome all creators, from budding pet owners that have just launched a new social media account, to seasoned creators looking to find more opportunities.
Do note that certain campaigns may require a minimum number of followers, and if you do not meet the requirment, fret not! Grow your community and keep a look out for other opportunities!

Does this mean I am an exclusive ambassador for Pawjourr?
Rather than a talent management agency, Pawjourr is a platform that facilitates collaboration between content creators and brands. Creators are absolutely free to take up pet jobs and sponsorships from other brands*, outside of our platform.
*Subject to specific cases where a conflict of interest may arise. (Eg. Exclusive brand ambassadorships)

What are usage rights and what do they mean for me?
Usage rights are the terms and conditions under which a copyrighted work may be used. These rights can include permission to reproduce, distribute, display, or perform the work, as well as the ability to create derivative works.
When granted, brands can utilize your campaign-related content as part of their marketing asests, for a period of time. All parts of the content posted/created for the campaign shall have their rights granted to the brand, which include any cover images used for the content.

Why do you need my contact and mailing information?
We understand the importance of privacy and we take your security seriously. While your contact information (full name and address) ensures that you are receiving the right pet jobs, and that campaign products are sent to the right addresses, rest assured that any information shared with Pawjourr or a brand will be kept confidential.
